Even though Taylor is in the rare category of people who have high metabolisms (meaning that they don’t gain as much weight due to their body processing food more quickly), she still likes to maintain a proper diet. For her, this typically means avoiding any types of processed sugars or other fats. She also tries to avoid any other liquids except for water, as even sports drinks can have sugar and other things that impede her body operating at full capacity.

A daily diet for Vertucci typically involves egg whites, whole eggs, turkey, brown rice, vegetables, red meat, whey, and 15 almonds. Like many other bodybuilders, she also does this over the course of many small meals throughout the day as opposed to the normal three (i.e. she eats five meals per day).

The order of her routine is as follows (each category gets an entire day): Legs, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Abs, Rest Day and then Back.
