About Steve

Steve Cook is from Boise, Idaho. He has six siblings, and his father was a high school coach and athletic director. When Steve was a child, his father would make him do push ups during Monday Night Football commercial breaks.

Steve cook soon began to enjoy working out and sought to push his body. When Steve was 7 years old, he met his biggest inspiration, Arnold, and by the time he was 10, Steve could use free weights with proper form.

As a Freshman in high school, Steve could lift 320 pounds, and he soon began to play football. He eventually earned himself a college scholarship to Dixie State College. There, he met his wife, but things soon started spiraling and the couple got divorced.

Steve had no career, no wife, no future plans, and he’d failed to get his degree. With little-to-no money, Steve was forced to move back home. Depressed and angry, he began to workout and turn his attention back to his first love: bodybuilding.

Steve eventually went back to school and received a B.S. in Integrated Studies of biology and psychology. He now runs a successful YouTube channel and has built a respectable bodybuilding career. Steve Cook’s story is proof that just because you fall, it doesn’t mean you have to stay on the ground.
