About Craig

Craig Golias is an American bodybuilder. He was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he still lives to this day. As a teenager, Golias was tall and very thin. He knew that he wanted to one day become big and muscled like the bodybuilders he would see in magazines. He pursued his dream at age twenty.

Golias trained to achieve his goals all day, every day. He rarely stopped lifting weights to take a break. He began eating large, calorie-dense meals.

Golias was inspired and motivated by his friend, the now deceased bodybuilder, Rich Piana. Piana pushed Golias to reach and surpass his bodybuilding goals.

Eventually, Golias grew from 150 pounds to 350, gaining 200 pounds of muscle. His hard work and dedication paid off.

During this time, Golias won several awards as a competitive bodybuilder. He placed first in one contest and second in a couple of others.

In 2012, Golias began posting pictures of himself and his workout routine on Instagram. His large size drew in a large crowd of followers. He now has over 250,000 Instagram followers.

Golias makes his living as a professional bodybuilder. He offers online fitness coaching and sells his own merchandise.

Most of the time, Craig Golias eats a high-protein and high-carb diet. He eats very large portions of vegetables, egg whites, white rice, beef, and turkey. Golias also takes many protein shakes.

About half of Golias’ diet is composed of protein shakes that are designed to help him gain weight. His shakes are full of protein and low-glycemic carbohydrates. The shakes are a major source of the energy he uses for his intense gym workouts.

Golias rarely does cardio unless he’s on a diet. On a diet, he only does an hour of regular-steady cardio on each workout day. He drops the cardio as soon as he reaches his diet goal.

His favorite area to work on is his chest. It’s actually the only area he likes to workout. He forces himself to get through the exercise when he’s working on his other areas.
